Having grown up on the Northshore, Gina has a unique knowledge of the area and its history which she provides to both her buyers and sellers. She loves the outdoors, camping, hiking, and especially Jeeping, and you may have seen her riding around town in her Jeep named “Double Agent.”

Since beginning her Real Estate career in 2011, she has helped many clients realize the dream of finding their perfect home. Accessibility, being a good listener, as well as an effective communicator and negotiator, are the skills she provides to her clients. These skills come from her 31 years of experience as a business owner, her 11 years as a real estate agent, in addition to being the President of a Real Estate Application Development company which provides other real estate professionals with the technology to improve their customer care and productivity.

Debbie Long entered the real estate industry over 27 years ago. She knew, at that time, she would be helping people find and sell homes, but she was not aware of how personally attached she would become to each of those families and how en-ingrained she would eventually be in the happenings of so many communities, diverse cultures, and people of all different personalities.

Debbie expects all of the agents under her supervision to display the highest degree of integrity and professionalism, as that is what she demands of herself.
