Our Young Professionals asked for him, and we got him!
Area under 40 professionals, join us for this 
networking opportunity as we hear from Jeff Day, co-owner of Spoga Fitness Center in Hammond. Jeff has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 30 years. Through those years, he has discovered the art of motivation. Jeff says, "people want to feel motivated. But motivation is not in the feeling, it is in the doing." A certified personal trainer and motivational speaker, Jeff works with a wide-ranging base from youths, to developing athletes, to adults seeking better health.
This lunch event is open to young professionals under the age of 40. It will be held from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Southeastern Alumni Association in Hammond. Pre-registration is required.
