Jeff has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 30 years. Through those years\, he has discovered the art of motivation.  Jeff says\, "people want to feel motivated. But motivation is not in the feeling\, it is in the doing." A certified personal trainer and motivational speaker\, Jeff works with a wide-ranging base from youths\, to developing athletes\, to adults seeking better health. \n\n \n\nThis lunch event is open to young professionals under the age of 40. It will be held from 11:30 a.m.   1 p.m. at Southeastern Alumni Association in Hammond. Pre-registration is required.
