United Way serving Tangipahoa Parish Event Purses for a Purpose

Description

United Way serving Tangipahoa will be hosting the first Purses for a Purpose fundraising event on September 13th, 2014, 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Hammond Regional Art Center.  Heavy Hors d' oeuvres, cocktails, and beverages will be served.  Tickets are $35.00 and available for purchase by calling 985-542-8680.  

Purses for a Purpose’s mission is to raise awareness and donations for the United Way of Southeast Louisiana serving the Tangipahoa region. This event is female focused and features gently used high end handbags, purses, clutches that have been donated for the silent auction.   These items will be inside of the purses for the silent auction. All proceeds from Purses for a Purpose will go towards the support of local charities that partner with United Way. All proceeds stay in Tangipahoa Parish.
