The Tangipahoa Chamber invites you to celebrate a Ribbon Cutting with Serenity Scents Boutique on Thursday, December 8, at 4:00 p.m. at their 1900 W Thomas Street, Suite A, location in Hammond. Owner, Raina Preston looks forward to meeting you. Bring your Christmas list because they offer their version of designer perfume and colognes, women's clothing (size S - 3X), Christian jewelry and paintings by local artist and other accessories.
