Join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating the Council on Aging's new Independence Senior Citizens Center. Debi Fleming, Executive Director will start the short program and ribbon cutting promptly at 10:30 a.m. Center Supervisor Lanell Blackwell and center clients will be available to tell you more about their programs.
