Description
Tangipahoa Parish School System Superintendent Melissa Stilley is looking for input from the community and the Greater Hammond Chamber will be among the first to hear her plans and offer their suggestions and advice. Join us for a luncheon on Tuesday, December 18, to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Historic Michabelle Inn in Hammond.
Stilley and her team are already looking to 2019 and beyond with the district's first ever Strategic Plan, which focuses on four major areas of improvement for the 2019 calendar year and steps to take moving into the next decade. The superintendent describes the Strategic Plan as a "fluid document," which will both anticipate and respond to needs in our elementary and secondary school system.
