Southern Grace Hospice is a locally owned agency, nestled in the heart of Hammond. As a brand-new addition to the community, this hospice agency is built on a foundation of experience and compassion.
Founded by tenured nurses and hospice professionals, Southern Grace Hospice brings the philosophy of Southern hospitality to healthcare—where caregivers feel like family because they truly care. Breaking away from corporate molds, they are redefining hospice care with grace and a fresh, compassionate approach.
