We are excited to announce Fleurty Girl Lauren Haydel as our speaker for our Friday, June 5, Tangipahoa Chamber Annie Awards Luncheon at the Southeastern Louisiana University's Grand Ballroom. Registration is now open and tickets for this popular kick-off to Summer will go fast. Special thanks to our Annie Luncheon Presenting Sponsor North Oaks Health System.
About our speaker: Founded in 2009 by New Orleans native Lauren Haydel, Fleurty Girl began as a $2,000 leap of faith by a single mom of three. Six months later, she opened her first Oak Street shop, moving her family into the back to make it work.
Today, Fleurty Girl is a multi-million dollar operation, with nine stores and over 70 employees, Fleurty Girl has become a New Orleans staple, proving that heart, hustle, and believing in yourself can build something beyond your wildest dreams.
About our Annies: Established in 1998 in honor of the late Southeastern Louisiana University Administrator Dr. Anne Ferguson, the Annie Awards honor women who work in excellence and have a true servant's heart for the community.
Special thanks to Northshore Media Group for once again partnering with us on this signature Tangipahoa Chamber program. Be sure to grab the June 2026 edition of Tangi Lifestyles Magazine for a special feature on this year’s honorees.
Watch for this year's Annie Honorees to be announced soon!
Pre-registration is required to attend this popular event, and a limited number of reserved tables are available. Follow the link below to register and know that NO tickets will be available at the door.
Luncheon guests are also invited to a private "After-Annies" event at Eclipse at Lighthouse Coastal located at 116 W Thomas Street in Downtown Hammond. Drinks and appetizers will be available for purchase as we keep the celebration going on our favorite Friday of the year!
