We are trained in a variety of modalities & customize each massage to fit your needs! We are on the clinical side of massage versus the spa side of massage, meaning we are here to help you alleviate the problems you are having with your body and not give you the fluff and buff treatment. Our goal is to give you a beneficial and long lasting effect, while making goals and plans for you to follow to help YOU lead a healthier life free from stress, aches and pains of your daily life. We offer both in office and out of office visits to make it more accommodating to fit your busy schedule!
